1. Who is responsible for your data
WeBeNext (Dhaka, Bangladesh) is the data controller for personal data collected through webenext.com and in connection with our services. Contact: info@webenext.com.
2. What personal data we collect and why
Contact & enquiry data
When you submit a contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage the engagement.
Client & project data
During an engagement, we may process business contact details, communications, documents, and any data you share with us to perform the project. We do not access or process personal data belonging to your end-users unless specifically required by the project scope and covered by a separate data processing agreement.
SaaS account data
When you sign up for WeBeLead or Wecomify, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store raw card numbers). We use this to provide and manage your subscription.
Website usage data
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use webenext.com. This may include page views, referrer, approximate location (country/city), device type, and browser type. We do not track individuals across third-party sites.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you've requested.
- To manage your subscription and send billing communications.
- To send transactional emails related to your account or project.
- To improve our website and services based on usage patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who we share your data with

- Service providers who help us operate the business — including payment processors, email platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics tools. Each is bound by data processing obligations.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Enquiries that don't lead to a project: 12 months.
- Client and project data: 5 years after project completion (for legal and accounting reasons).
- SaaS account data: for the duration of the subscription, plus 2 years after cancellation.
- Website analytics: as per the analytics provider's retention settings (typically 14 months).
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to erasure").
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
